    Start from the center of Dieppe Bay Town, facing the beach. Head east along the main road (also known as the 'Dieppe Bay Road'). Continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the junction with the Unnamed Road. Turn left onto the Unnamed Road. Walk for another 300 meters, and you will see the New River Estate on your right side, located at 4FX2+J4H, Mannings.

    From Dieppe Bay Town, locate the nearest bus stop on the main road. Take a bus heading towards St. Kitts and inform the driver that you want to get off at Mannings. The bus ride should take about 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive at Mannings, exit the bus and walk about 300 meters down the Unnamed Road until you reach the New River Estate, which will be on your right.
