Walking
From the center of Charlestown, start at the Independence Square. Head west towards the waterfront, following the signs for the ferry terminal. Once you reach the ferry terminal, turn left onto the Bay Road. Continue walking along Bay Road for approximately 1.5 kilometers until you arrive at the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the main road heading towards Basseterre. After about 2 kilometers, you will see the Needsmust Train Station on your right. The station is located just off the main road, easily accessible by foot.

If you prefer not to walk, you can take a local taxi from Charlestown. Head to the nearest taxi stand, which is typically located near Independence Square. Inform the driver that you would like to go to the Needsmust Train Station in Basseterre. The journey will take approximately 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic. Make sure to agree on a fare before starting your trip to avoid any misunderstandings.

You can take a local minibus from Charlestown to Basseterre. Find the bus stop near Independence Square, where minibuses frequently depart. Look for a minibus that has 'Basseterre' displayed on its front. Once you're on board, the ride will take about 25 minutes. Make sure to tell the driver to drop you off at the Needsmust Train Station. After disembarking, you will find the station a short walk away from the main road.
