Walking
From the center of Middle Island, head south towards the beach. Walk along the main road, which is easily recognizable. Continue walking straight for about 15 minutes until you reach the fork in the road. Take the left path that leads directly to Pinneys Beach. You'll see beach signs pointing you in the right direction. As you approach, you’ll hear the sound of waves and see palm trees indicating you're getting close. The beach will be on your right.

Bicycle
If you have rented a bicycle, start from the main square in Middle Island. Cycle south towards the coastal road. Stay on this road for about 10 minutes, enjoying the views of the coastline. Watch for the signs for Pinneys Beach, where you will take a right turn to access the beach area. There are bike racks available near the entrance to the beach.
