Walking
Start at the center of Old Road Town. Head east on the main street towards the Old Road Bay. Keep walking until you reach the intersection with the Island Main Road. Turn left onto Island Main Road and continue straight for about 2 miles. You will see the Brimstone Hill Fortress National Park on your right. It is well marked and visible from the road.

From the center of Old Road Town, locate the nearest bus stop. Take a local minibus that is heading towards Sandy Point Town. Ask the driver to drop you off at the Brimstone Hill Fortress stop or the nearest stop to the fortress. After getting off, you may need to walk a short distance along Island Main Road to reach the entrance of the fortress.
