Getting There

Walking

From the center of Old Road Town, start walking towards the coast along Main Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the Bay Road (also known as the Coastal Road). Turn left onto Bay Road and follow it as it curves along the coastline. As you walk, enjoy the beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea. Keep walking until you reach the area of Frigate Bay, which is approximately a 25-30 minute walk from the center of Old Road Town.
Public Transport (Bus)

You can take a local bus from Old Road Town to Basseterre. Head to the nearest bus stop on Main Street, where you can catch a bus heading towards Basseterre. The fare is usually quite inexpensive, around 3-5 EC dollars. After a short ride, get off at the bus terminal in Basseterre. From there, you can either walk towards Frigate Bay (approximately 20 minutes) by following the main road, or you can catch another bus or taxi that will take you closer to Frigate Bay.
Taxi

If you prefer a more direct route, you can hire a taxi from Old Road Town. Simply find a taxi stand or ask a local to help you get one. Tell the driver you want to go to Frigate Bay. The ride will take around 10-15 minutes and should cost approximately 15-20 EC dollars. Make sure to agree on the fare before starting your journey.
