If you are driving, start on the main road (Island Main Road) from anywhere in Saint John Capisterre Parish. Head south towards Frigate Bay. You will pass by notable landmarks like the St. Kitts Marriott Resort on your right as you approach. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit to stay on the Island Main Road, following signs for Frigate Bay. After about 2 km, turn right onto Frigate Bay Road. Follow this road until you reach the beach area, where you will find parking available near the beach access.

To reach Frigate Bay by public transportation, you can take a bus from the main bus terminal in Basseterre, the capital of Saint Kitts.
