Walking
Start from the center of Sandy Point Town, at the main square near the church. Head southwest on Main Street, passing the local shops and cafes. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the Unnamed Road. Follow this road for about 1.5 kilometers. You will notice signs for New River Estate as you approach. The estate will be on your left, look for the entrance that is marked.

If you are near the Sandy Point Community Centre, exit the centre and turn left onto the main road. Walk towards the west until you reach the junction with the Unnamed Road. Turn left onto Unnamed Road and continue straight. After about 1 kilometer, you will see New River Estate on your right. The entrance is clearly marked.

Turn left onto Main Street and continue walking until you reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto the Unnamed Road and walk for about 1.5 kilometers, keeping an eye out for signs to New River Estate on your left.
