Start at the center of Sandy Point Town. Head east on Main Street until you reach the Sandy Point Community Center. From there, continue straight until you reach the intersection with the Cayon Road. Turn left onto Cayon Road and follow it for approximately 1.5 kilometers. Along the way, you will pass several local shops and cafes, making it a pleasant walk. Once you reach the junction for Cayon village, continue straight, and you will see signs directing you toward Spooner's Estate. The estate is located on your right side shortly after you pass the Cayon Health Center.

If you have access to a bicycle, start at the Sandy Point Town Square. Ride east along Main Street until you reach the Sandy Point Community Center. At the intersection with Cayon Road, turn left and continue biking for about 1.5 kilometers. Be cautious of traffic as you approach the junction for Cayon village. Look for the signs to Spooner's Estate, which will be on your right shortly after the Cayon Health Center.

From Sandy Point Town, walk to the nearest bus stop located at the intersection of Main Street and Cayon Road. Board a bus heading towards Cayon and inform the driver that you would like to get off at Spooner's Estate. The bus ride will take about 10-15 minutes.
