Breathtaking Views at Timothy Hill Overlook

Getting There

• Walking

  Start at the center of Sandy Point Town, at the intersection of Main Street and Church Street. Head south on Main Street towards the direction of the shoreline. After approximately 0.3 miles, you will reach the roundabout at the edge of town. Continue straight through the roundabout, following the signs toward Frigate Bay. This path will lead you onto a dirt road. As you walk, keep an eye out for the scenic views of the Caribbean Sea on your right. After about 1 mile, you will reach a fork in the road. Take the left path, which leads uphill towards Timothy Hill. Continue walking for another 0.5 miles. As you approach Timothy Hill Overlook, you'll see a sign indicating the overlook. The view from the top is stunning, offering panoramic sights of the coastline.

• Public Transport (Bus or Shuttle)

  From the center of Sandy Point Town, locate the bus stop on Main Street, close to the market area. Board a bus heading to Frigate Bay. The bus ride should take about 15-20 minutes. Inform the driver that you wish to get off at Timothy Hill. Once you arrive at the bus stop, walk uphill for approximately 0.25 miles following the signs towards Timothy Hill Overlook. The path is well-trodden and will guide you to the viewpoint where you can enjoy the breathtaking views.

• Bicycle

  If you have access to a bicycle, start from the center of Sandy Point Town. Ride south on Main Street towards the shoreline and continue to the roundabout. Keep straight through the roundabout and follow the signs towards Frigate Bay. After about 1 mile, you will come across a fork in the road. Take the left path uphill towards Timothy Hill. The ride will take you approximately 20-30 minutes, depending on your pace. Upon arrival at Timothy Hill Overlook, you can park your bike and enjoy the stunning views from the overlook.
