Walking
From the center of Anse la Raye, head east on Main Street towards the intersection with the road leading to the beach. Continue walking until you reach the junction with the Cas en Bas Road. Turn right onto Cas en Bas Road and follow it straight. You will pass several local shops and small eateries. After approximately 1.5 kilometers, you will see the entrance to Cas en Bas Beach on your left. The beach is well-marked, and you can enjoy the beautiful scenery as you approach.
Public Bus
From Anse la Raye, walk to the bus stop located on the main road. Look for a minibus heading towards Gros Islet or Castries. Board the bus and inform the driver that you want to get off at Gros Islet. The journey will take about 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive in Gros Islet, walk towards the beach area and follow the signs to Cas en Bas Beach. It's a short walk from the main bus stop.
