Car
If you're driving from Castries Quarter, head north on the Castries-Gros Islet Highway (also known as the George Odlum Highway). Continue following the signs for Gros Islet. After approximately 15 minutes, you will reach Gros Islet. As you approach the village, look for the signs directing you to Trouya Beach. You may want to use a GPS or a map application for real-time directions. Once you get close, turn onto Trouya Road and follow it until you reach the beach. There is no entrance fee for Trouya Beach.

Public Transportation (Bus)
To reach Trouya Beach by public transportation, you can take a minibus from the Castries bus terminal heading to Gros Islet. Look for buses marked 'Gros Islet' or ask the drivers for assistance. The ride will take around 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Gros Islet, you can walk toward Trouya Beach. It is a short 15-minute walk from the main road. Head north from the bus stop along the main road until you reach Trouya Road, where you can follow the signs to the beach. The bus fare is generally around 2-3 EC dollars.
