    Walking

    From Castries Market, head east on Jeremie Street until you reach the intersection with William Peter Boulevard. Turn right onto William Peter Boulevard and continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the Castries-Gros Islet Highway (also known as the Millennium Highway). Walk along this road for about 2.5 km until you see the signs for Reduit Beach. The beach is located on your left, and you can follow the pedestrian path to access it.

    Public Bus

    From Castries, go to the bus terminal located near the Castries Market. Look for a bus heading to Gros Islet or Rodney Bay. The fare is generally inexpensive. Once you board the bus, inform the driver that you are going to Reduit Beach. The bus ride will take approximately 20-30 minutes. Get off at the stop near the entrance to Reduit Beach. From there, follow the signs to the beach entrance.
