Family absolutely loved the Segway tour, highlight of the trip for some. Tour guides Thomas and Brad were very friendly, brought good vibes and great knowledge of the island. Felt very safe on the segways off-road and would highly recommend to everyone!

We were at the pick up location at 1:30 as instructed by the confirmation email. Waited until 2 o’clock before calling the company to be informed that our tour was canceled. Representative claimed he had sent me an email, which is a total lie. I was not informed that it was canceled and he could’ve called my cell phone to inform me. Save your money, and stay away from this excursion.

This is a great tour and our first time on a Segway. It was a quick learn, especially after our guide, Edwin, gave us easy to follow instructions. Edwin was fun on the tour, gave us lots of cool information and always welcomed questions. Including time for a pina colada at the end of the tour and the bus ride to and from our cruise ship the 2 hour tour became a 4 hour adventure - a perfect amount of time for a shore excursion.

A group of 4 from Canada took the Nature Trail Segway tour with Edwin. 2 of our group have never been on a Segway. We had a wonderful time learning about St Lucia and of course, riding the Segway.

Started on the right foot but went downhill as the trip progressed. We were rushed through the course, “come on hurry, get moving” didn’t even see a fish pond - our tour was supposed to include fresh native fruit & punch - nope, none… You will be introduced to native medicinal plants… the bus literally made stops on the side of the road, at an abandoned house, and another time on the road in front of someone’s home pointing out plants. I would have thought that could be part of the Segway nature trail. I enjoy segways and have used them doing tours in other places- this was by far the worst- I don’t recommend

There are two cruise piers in St. Lucia, POINT SERAPHINE and LA PLACE CARENAGE (Port Castries).
Point Seraphine Arrivals:
Disembark the ship and look for the pier exit. After you exit the pier, you will arrive into a large room. Head for the exit on your right in that same room and walk all the way down past many shops. Its a straight pathway until you are just about to enter the Diamonds International Jewelry Store at the end of the path. Turn right just before the Jewelry Store and you will arrive at the Pink Papaya Restaurant (under 5 minutes walk). Upon your arrival, enter the restaurant and let the host/hostess know that you are there for a tour with LucianStyle. Your local representative will be waiting for you wearing a shirt with the logo "LucianStyle" and also will be holding a sign that reads "LucianStyle" Experiences".
Port Castries (La Place Carenage) Arrivals:
Disembark the ship and look for the pier exit. Walk through the doors into the main Duty-Free terminal, turn left (only way) and continue towards the exit of the Duty-Free terminal, before you arrive at the main exit (on your right) you will see an oval/round shaped tourist information desk. This is the desk where you will be met by your local representative. Your local representative will be waiting for you wearing a shirt with the logo "LucianStyle" and also will be holding a sign that reads "LucianStyle Experiences". If you have trouble locating your rep, please make yourself known to the agent at the desk and let them know you are waiting for your rep from LucianStyle.
We ask that all guests please be at the meeting point at least 10 minutes prior to departure time.
