Start at the Castries Market. Exit the market and head east on John Compton Highway. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach a roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Jeremie Street. Continue along Jeremie Street until you reach the end, then turn left onto The Pyramid. Helen's Daughters will be on your right.

If you are near the Castries Harbor, start from the Harbor and head northwest on the waterfront promenade, following the signs towards the city center. Keep walking until you reach the main road, then turn right onto John Compton Highway. Walk along this road for about 800 meters, and then turn left onto Jeremie Street. Continue straight until you see The Pyramid on your left, where Helen's Daughters is located.
