Start at the Castries Market, a central location in Castries. From the market, head east on Bridge Street towards the waterfront. After about 5 minutes, you will reach the intersection with John Compton Highway (also known as the Castries-Gros Islet Highway). Cross the highway carefully and continue walking along Jeremie Street. Follow Jeremie Street as it curves to the left and becomes La Toc Road.

Continue on La Toc Road for approximately 15-20 minutes. You will pass residential areas and some local shops. Keep an eye out for a sign indicating La Toc Beach. When you reach the end of La Toc Road, you will find the entrance to La Toc Beach on your left.

Alternatively, from the Castries Market, you can take a minibus heading to La Toc. Look for a minibus that has 'La Toc' displayed on the front. The bus will make stops along the way, but it will take you directly to La Toc Beach. The journey takes about 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you arrive, disembark at the beach entrance.
