Keep an eye out for the sign for ERA waterfall and Rappelling Adventures, which should be on your right.

Walk straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the Fisherman's Cooperative junction. Turn right at the junction onto the road leading into the hills. After walking for about 1.5 kilometers, look for the sign pointing to ERA waterfall and Rappelling Adventures on your right.
