From the center of Dauphin, head north on the main road towards Gros Islet. Continue walking straight for about 20 minutes until you reach the roundabout at Gros Islet. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto the road leading to Cas en Bas Beach. Follow this road for about 10 minutes, and you will see signs for Cas en Bas Beach on your left. The beach entrance is a short walk from the road.

From Dauphin, walk to the nearest bus stop which is located near the main road. Look for a bus heading towards Gros Islet. The ride will take approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the Gros Islet bus terminal. From there, exit the terminal and walk towards the roundabout. Take the second exit onto the road leading to Cas en Bas Beach. Follow this road for about 10 minutes, and you will see signs for Cas en Bas Beach on your left.

If you can rent a bicycle in Dauphin, head north on the main road towards Gros Islet. The cycling path is straightforward and safe. After about 20 minutes, you will reach the roundabout at Gros Islet. Cycle straight through the roundabout and take the second exit onto the road towards Cas en Bas Beach.
