Walking

If you are in the center of Gros Islet, head north towards the beach area. Start by walking along the main road, known as the Gros Islet Highway, until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Cas en Bas Road. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer, passing several local shops and restaurants. You will notice signs directing you towards Cas en Bas Beach. As you approach the beach, you will see the entrance on your right. Follow the pathway down to the beach where you can enjoy the beautiful views.

Bicycle

From any location in Gros Islet, you can rent a bicycle at a nearby rental shop. Once you have your bike, head towards the Gros Islet Highway and ride north. Follow the same route as walking: go to the roundabout and take the first exit onto Cas en Bas Road. Biking will allow you to enjoy the scenery along the way. Keep an eye out for the signs to Cas en Bas Beach, and when you see the entrance, park your bike and walk down the path to the beach.

Public Transport

Locate the nearest bus stop in Gros Islet. You can take a local minibus heading towards Cas en Bas. Ask the driver to let you know when you reach Cas en Bas Beach. The bus will take you along the Gros Islet Highway and drop you off close to the beach entrance. Once you get off, follow the path leading down to the beach. Make sure to check the bus schedule for return trips.
