Walking
If you are starting from the Gros Islet Village, head south on the main road (Castries-Gros Islet Highway) until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto the Reduit Beach Ave. Continue straight for about 10 minutes, and you will find Reduit Beach on your left. The beach is easily recognizable and has a vibrant atmosphere.
Walking
Starting from the Baywalk Mall area, walk towards the coast on the Baywalk Boulevard. Continue walking along the beachfront until you reach the end of the promenade. Turn left onto Reduit Beach Ave and walk for about 5 minutes until you reach Reduit Beach. This route offers beautiful views of the ocean.

If you are at the Sandals Resort, exit the resort and turn left onto the main road. Walk straight for about 15 minutes, and you will see signs for Reduit Beach. Follow the signs to the beach entrance, which will be on your right.

For those staying at the Coconut Bay Beach Resort, exit the resort and walk towards the main road. Cross over to the Castries-Gros Islet Highway and head north. After about 20 minutes of walking, you will reach the roundabout. Take the second exit onto Reduit Beach Ave, and after a short walk, you will arrive at Reduit Beach.
