From the center of Gros Islet, head north on the main road (Rodney Bay Road) towards Pigeon Island. Continue walking until you reach the intersection where you see the sign for 'Pigeon Island National Landmark'. Turn left at this intersection and follow the road leading to Pigeon Island. The entrance to the Sea Trek Adventure is located at Pigeon Island Beach, which is well marked. It's approximately a 20-minute walk from the center of Gros Islet.

Start at the Gros Islet bus terminal. Look for a minibus headed towards Rodney Bay. Board the minibus and inform the driver that you want to get off at the Pigeon Island entrance. The ride takes around 10 minutes. Once you get off, follow the signs to Pigeon Island Beach, where the Sea Trek Adventure is located. It's about a 5-minute walk from where the bus drops you off.
