Start at the center of Gros Islet, near the Gros Islet Street Market. From there, head north towards the beach. Walk along the main road (Rodney Bay Road) until you reach the intersection with the road leading to the beach. Turn left onto the beach road and continue walking straight until you see Spinnakers Beach Bar and Carvery on your right at address 32GW+G59. It's a beachfront restaurant, so you can enjoy the view as you approach.
