Walking
Start at the main beach area of Malgretoute. From the beach, head northeast along the coastline. You will follow the shoreline path for about 20 minutes. Keep an eye out for the local signs pointing towards Mt Fortune. Once you reach the intersection with the main road (Route 2), turn left and continue walking for another 10 minutes. You will see a small trail leading up to Mt Fortune on your right. Follow this trail up the hill for approximately 15 minutes until you reach the peak.

Public Transport
From your accommodation in Malgretoute, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Route 2. Take a local minibus heading towards Castries. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the stop for Mt Fortune. The ride will take about 15 minutes. Once you get off, you may need to walk a short distance to find the trailhead leading to the peak. Follow the trail for about 15 minutes to reach the top.

Bicycle Rental
If you have rented a bicycle, start from the center of Malgretoute. Head northwest towards Route 2. Once you reach Route 2, turn left. Cycle along the road for about 25 minutes until you see the signs for Mt Fortune. There will be a marked trailhead on the right side of the road. Park your bicycle at the base, and follow the trail for approximately 15 minutes to reach the summit.
