If you are in the central area of Malgretoute, start by heading towards the beach. Walk towards the south along the coastal road until you reach the intersection with the main road. Turn left at the intersection and continue walking straight for about 15 minutes. Look for signs pointing to Cresslands. Once you reach Cresslands, continue walking until you see a small road leading to the New Jerusalem Mineral Baths on your right.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Malgretoute. Start at the main square and head towards the beach road, cycling south along the coast. After about 10 minutes, you will reach the main road. Turn left and cycle straight for another 15 minutes, watching for signs towards Cresslands. Once you arrive in Cresslands, look for the entrance to the New Jerusalem Mineral Baths on your right.
