    From Malgretoute, head north on the main road towards Vieux Fort. Follow the road for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the junction at the entrance of Cap Estate. Turn left and continue straight for approximately 3 kilometers. You will pass through a few residential areas and see local shops along the way. Keep an eye out for the signs to Rodney Bay. Once you reach the main intersection at Rodney Bay, you will see the entrance to the beach area on your right.

    If you have rented a bicycle, start from the center of Malgretoute and cycle north towards Vieux Fort. After about 1 kilometer, you will reach the main junction. Turn left and continue cycling straight for 3 kilometers, passing through Cap Estate. As you approach Rodney Bay, look for signs directing you to the beach. Once you arrive at the beach area, you can park your bicycle in one of the designated racks.

    From Malgretoute, walk to the nearest bus stop located on the main road. Take any minibus heading towards Castries and inform the driver that you want to stop at Rodney Bay. The ride should take approximately 20-30 minutes. Once you reach the bus stop in Rodney Bay, walk towards the beach area, which is a short 5-minute walk from where you disembark.
