Getting There

Walking
From the center of Marigot Bay, head towards the beach area. Walk along the waterfront promenade, enjoying the views of the bay. Continue past the restaurants and shops until you reach the end of the promenade. At the end, you will see a path leading up into the hills. Follow this path, which will gradually ascend. After approximately 20 minutes of walking, you will reach the entrance to the Castries Waterworks Forest Reserve. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring water with you, as it can be a bit steep.

Water Taxi
If you prefer a quicker option, you can take a water taxi from Marigot Bay. Look for the water taxi dock near the beach area. Purchase a ticket to Castries and tell the driver you want to go to the Castries Waterworks Forest Reserve. The ride takes about 15 minutes, and you will be dropped off at the nearest dock to the reserve. From there, you will need to walk a short distance to the entrance of the reserve. Follow the signs leading to the reserve, and it should take you about 5-10 minutes to reach the entrance.
