Cross the road and continue in the direction of Castries. Keep walking for approximately 20-25 minutes. You will notice the landscape changing as you move away from the bay. Upon reaching Castries, you will find Derek Walcott Square located on your left, just past the main market area.
Boat
If you prefer a scenic route, consider taking a water taxi from Marigot Bay to Castries. Head to the waterfront where the water taxis are located. Speak with one of the operators and request a ride to Castries. The boat ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful views of the coastline. Once you arrive at the Castries harbor, disembark and walk towards the city center. Derek Walcott Square is a short 10-minute walk from the harbor, located near the main market area.
