From the center of Marigot Bay, head towards the main road (the one with the shops and restaurants). Continue walking straight until you reach the end of the bay. You will see a sign for the Pigeon Island National Landmark. Follow the path along the water's edge which will lead you to the dock. Once you reach the dock, look for a water taxi that can take you to Pigeon Island. The ride will take about 10-15 minutes. Once you arrive at Pigeon Island, follow the signs leading to Fort Rodney. The hike up to the fort is moderate, with some steep sections, but the views from the top are worth it.
