    From the center of Micoud, start by heading north on the main road (the only road) towards the village of Praslin. Continue walking for approximately 3 kilometers until you reach the junction where you can see signs for Gros Islet. Take the right turn onto the road leading to Gros Islet. Keep walking straight for another 2 kilometers until you reach the outskirts of Gros Islet. Once you enter Gros Islet, follow the signs towards Cas en Bas Beach. You will walk past several local shops and restaurants. After about 500 meters, you should see the entrance to Cas en Bas Beach on your left.

  • Bus

    From Micoud, locate the nearest bus stop along the main road. You will need to catch a minibus heading to Gros Islet. The fare is usually inexpensive, just a few Eastern Caribbean dollars. Inform the driver that you are going to Gros Islet. Once you arrive in Gros Islet, disembark at the main bus terminal. From the bus terminal, it’s about a 15-minute walk to Cas en Bas Beach. Head northeast on the main road, following the signs towards Cas en Bas Beach. You will walk past some local shops, and after walking about 1 kilometer, you will see the entrance to the beach on your right.
