Getting There

Walking
Starting from the center of Micoud, head north on the main road (Micoud to Vieux Fort Road). Continue straight for approximately 1.5 km until you reach the junction with the Pigeon Island Road. At this junction, take a left onto Pigeon Island Road. Follow Pigeon Island Road for about 2 km, enjoying the scenic views of the coastline. As you approach Pigeon Island, you will see signs directing you to Fort Rodney. The entrance to the Pigeon Island National Landmark will be on your right. Enter the park and follow the well-marked paths to Fort Rodney, which is located at the top of the hill, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding area.
