Getting There

• Walking

  From the center of Micoud, head southwest on the main road towards the village of Soufrière. This road is well-marked and takes you directly toward your destination. After approximately 2 kilometers, you will reach a junction; continue straight and follow the signs to Soufrière. Keep an eye out for local landmarks like the Micoud Primary School, which will be on your left as you walk. As you approach Soufrière, you will see the sign for the Sulphur Springs Access Road. Turn onto this road and follow it for about 1 kilometer. The entrance to the Soufrière Drive In Volcano will be on your right, clearly marked.

• Bus

  From the main bus terminal in Micoud, take a bus heading toward Soufrière. Buses are frequent, and you can expect to wait no longer than 30 minutes for one. The fare is inexpensive, usually around 2-3 Eastern Caribbean dollars. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the Sulphur Springs Access Road. Once you arrive, walk back along the road for about 200 meters. The entrance to the Soufrière Drive In Volcano will be directly on your left. There are often locals around who can assist if you are unsure.

• Taxi

  If you prefer a more direct route, you can hire a taxi from anywhere in Micoud. Ensure you negotiate the fare before starting your journey; it should cost about 20-30 EC dollars for the trip to the Soufrière Drive In Volcano. The driver will take you directly to the entrance on Sulphur Springs Access Road. It's a straightforward journey and should take approximately 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic.
