From the main area of Canouan, head east towards the beach. Walk along the coast until you reach the main road that leads through the island. Follow the road north for about 15 minutes until you reach the junction near the local market. Turn left at the junction and continue walking on this road for approximately 10 minutes. When you see the sign for Mesopotamia, take a right turn onto the dirt path that leads towards the gardens. Montreal Gardens will be located about 5 minutes down this path. Look for the entrance marked with a sign.

Rent a bicycle from a local shop in Canouan. Start by cycling towards the main coastal road. Once you reach the main road, turn left and follow the road north for about 20 minutes. When you arrive at the junction near the local market, turn left and continue cycling along the road for another 10 minutes. Once you see the sign for Mesopotamia, take a right onto the dirt path. Cycle down this path for about 5 minutes, and you will find Montreal Gardens on your right.
