Walking
From the center of Chateaubelair, head southeast along the main road towards the village of Clare Valley. Continue straight for approximately 2.5 kilometers until you reach a fork in the road. Take the right fork, and follow the signs towards Clare Valley. After about 1 kilometer, you will see signs directing you towards Fort Charlotte. The entrance to Fort Charlotte will be on your left.

From Chateaubelair, locate the nearest minibus stop near the main road. Board a minibus heading towards Kingstown and inform the driver that you want to get off at Clare Valley. The journey will take approximately 20 minutes. Once you arrive in Clare Valley, walk back a short distance along the main road until you see the entrance to Fort Charlotte on your left.
