Walking
From the center of Georgetown, head southeast towards the main road (Bay Street). Continue straight until you reach the junction with the Arnos Vale main road. Turn left onto the Arnos Vale road and follow it for about 1.5 kilometers. As you approach the coast, you will see signs for Fort Duvernette. Follow the signs and continue towards the Caribbean Sea. The fort is located on a small island, and you will need to take a short boat ride from the shore to reach it.

From the main market area in Georgetown, take a local minibus heading towards Arnos Vale. Make sure to ask the driver to drop you off at the Arnos Vale junction. Once you get off, walk towards the coast (about a 10-minute walk) where you will find the boat service to Fort Duvernette. The boat ride is short, and it will take you directly to the fort.
