Turn left onto Mespo Highway. Follow the road for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass the local market and several shops along the way. Keep an eye out for the signs directing you towards Belmont Lookout. After about 20 minutes of walking, you will reach Belmont Lookout on your right, where you can enjoy panoramic views of the island.
