Walking
From the center of Kingstown, start at the Kingstown Market. Head east on Bay Street, passing the public library on your right. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout at the entrance of the city. Take the second exit onto the Richmond Road (also known as the Road to Richmond). Keep walking straight for about 2.5 kilometers, enjoying the scenic views of the coastline. You will pass several local shops and restaurants along the way. Once you reach the end of the road, Dark View Fall will be on your left. Look for signs marking the entrance.
Public Transport (Minibus)
From Kingstown, head to the main bus terminal located near the Kingstown Market. Look for a minibus heading to Richmond. This minibus will have a sign indicating its destination. Once you're on board, the driver will take you along Richmond Road. The ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Ask the driver to drop you off at Dark View Fall. After getting off, walk back a short distance if needed to find the entrance, which will be marked with signs.
Taxi
While in Kingstown, you can hire a taxi to take you to Dark View Fall. Head to a nearby taxi stand or ask your hotel for assistance in calling a taxi. The taxi driver will take you directly to the waterfall, which is about 20-30 minutes away depending on traffic. Ensure to confirm the fare before starting your journey. Once you arrive, the entrance will be clearly marked, and you can start your exploration of the falls.
