From Kingstown, walk to the main bus terminal located at the corner of Grenville Street and St. Vincent Street. Look for a bus that is heading towards Chateaubelair. After approximately 30 to 45 minutes, you'll arrive at Chateaubelair. Get off at the bus stop closest to the Leeward Highway. Dark View Falls is a short walk from the bus stop; head north on the Leeward Highway for about 10 minutes until you reach the entrance.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from Kingstown to Dark View Falls. Taxis are readily available around the city; you can find them at designated taxi stands or hail one on the street. Inform the driver that you would like to go to Dark View Falls, located at 7QXF+JF9, Leeward Hwy, Chateaubelair. The journey should take around 30 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to agree on a fare before starting your ride. The typical cost should be around 50-70 EC dollars.
Walking and Hiking
For the adventurous tourists, starting from Kingstown, you can walk towards the main road leading out of the city towards Chateaubelair. This route will take you through some beautiful local scenery. However, it is quite a distance—approximately 20 kilometers—so it is suggested only for those in good physical condition and prepared for a long hike. Follow the Leeward Highway northwest from Kingstown. Be sure to take plenty of water and wear comfortable walking shoes. After around 4-5 hours of walking, you will reach the entrance to Dark View Falls.
