If you are in the center of Kingstown, begin at the Kingstown Market. Head south on Bay Street towards the waterfront. Continue walking along the waterfront for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Fort Street. Turn left onto Fort Street and continue walking until you reach the junction with Richmond Hill. At this junction, you should see signage for Detention Tours. Follow the signs, and after a short walk, you will arrive at Detention Tours located at the coordinates approximately 13.1485° N, 61.2230° W.

From Kingstown, you can take a minibus heading towards the Richmond Hill area. Board any minibus that has a sign indicating 'Richmond Hill' or 'Fort Charlotte'. The ride should take about 15 minutes. Ask the driver to drop you off near the intersection of Fort Street and Richmond Hill. From there, it's a short 5-minute walk. Head northeast on Richmond Hill, and follow the signs to Detention Tours.
