If you are driving, start from the capital Kingstown. Head northeast on the main road (Kingstown - Argyle Road). Continue straight until you reach the junction at Argyle. Turn left onto the Spring Village Road (signs may indicate Spring Village). Follow this road for about 15 minutes, passing through the picturesque village. Keep an eye out for signs indicating Ice Waterfall. As you get close, the road may become narrower and bumpier; drive carefully. You will eventually see a small parking area near the entrance to the hiking trail leading to Ice Waterfall.

Public Transportation (Minibus)
From Kingstown, you can take a minibus heading to Spring Village. Look for minibuses that are labeled for Spring Village or ask the driver if they go in that direction. The fare is usually around 3-5 EC dollars. Once you arrive in Spring Village, ask the driver to drop you off as close to the Ice Waterfall entrance as possible. After getting off, you may need to walk a short distance to the trailhead, following any locals or signs that direct you to the waterfall.

Once you reach the parking area or the closest drop-off point, you will need to hike approximately 30 minutes to reach the Ice Waterfall. Follow the marked trail which may be a bit steep and rocky in places, so wear sturdy shoes.
