From the main beach area in Canouan, head towards the village center. Walk along the main road until you reach the intersection at the village square. At the square, turn left onto the road leading out of the village. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the fork in the road. At the fork, take the right-hand path, which will lead you towards the Arnos Vale area. After approximately 1 kilometer, you will see a sign for Water Fall Forest. Follow the signs leading you into the forest area, which will be marked along the path.

For those looking for a more adventurous route, start at the main beach and follow the coastal path towards the northern end of the beach. This route will take you through some scenic views. Once you reach the end of the beach, make your way up the hill along the marked hiking trail. Follow the trail upwards for about 2 kilometers, and you will reach a viewpoint overlooking the forest. From there, continue along the trail that leads down towards Water Fall Forest. Look for the trail markers that indicate the direction to the forest.
