You will eventually reach a point where you can see the water on your left. Continue driving until you reach the nearest harbor or boat service that operates to Nu'ulopa. Note that you may need to ask locals for the nearest point as it is a small island and not all harbors may offer service to it. Expect to pay a small fee for the boat service, typically around 20 to 30 Samoan Tala per person.
