Car
If you're driving from Apia Waterfront, start by heading north on Beach Road towards the intersection with Vaea Street. Continue straight, passing the National Hospital on your right. After approximately 4 kilometers, take a left turn onto the Savaia Road (signs for Savaia will be visible). Follow Savaia Road for about 5 kilometers until you reach the village of Savaia. The Giant Clam Sanctuary will be on your right, just past the village center. Look for the signs indicating the sanctuary.
Public Transportation
To reach the Giant Clam Sanctuary via public transportation, head to the nearest bus stop along Beach Road. Look for buses heading towards Savaia; they are often marked with a destination sign. Board the bus and enjoy the ride, which should take about 30 minutes. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Savaia. Once you arrive in Savaia, walk towards the village center, and the Giant Clam Sanctuary will be located on your right. It's a short walk from the bus stop.
