Getting There

From the center of Apia, head towards the waterfront along Beach Road. You can start at the Apia Market, which is located on the corner of Beach Road and Savalalo Road. Once at the market, proceed west along Beach Road for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass several local shops and cafes along the way. Continue straight until you reach the entrance to Palolo Deep Marine Reserve, which will be on your right side, just past the intersection with Taufusi Road.

From the central bus station in Apia, look for a bus heading towards the coast or the 'Palolo Deep' route. The buses are usually labeled with their destinations. Once onboard, inform the driver that you’re headed to Palolo Deep Marine Reserve. The journey will take approximately 15-20 minutes. The bus will drop you off near the entrance on Beach Road. From there, walk a short distance to the entrance of the reserve.
