Getting There

  • Walking

    From the center of Asau, head west towards the coastal road. Keep walking along the main road, and you will pass several local shops and small eateries. Continue straight for about 15-20 minutes until you reach the junction that leads towards Taga Salega. Turn left at the junction and follow the road for another 10 minutes. The Alofaaga Blowholes will be on your right side along the coast.

    If you have rented a bicycle, start from the center of Asau and ride west along the main coastal road. After about 15 minutes of cycling, you will reach the junction for Taga Salega. Take a left turn and pedal for another 10 minutes. The Alofaaga Blowholes will be visible from the road on your right, with a small parking area available for bicycles.

    Catch a local bus heading towards Taga Salega from the bus stop near the market in Asau. The buses run regularly, and the fare is very affordable. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes, and ask the driver to let you know when you reach the stop for the Alofaaga Blowholes. Once you get off, walk a short distance towards the coast, and you will see the entrance.
