From the center of Asau, head east towards the main road. Walk along the road for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with the road leading to Savaia. Turn left at this intersection. Continue walking for approximately 1 kilometer, enjoying the scenic views along the way. You'll pass a few local shops and residences. Keep an eye out for signs pointing to the Giant Clam Sanctuary. After about 15 minutes of walking, you should see a sign for the sanctuary on your right. Follow this path, which will lead you to the entrance of the Giant Clam Sanctuary.
