Getting There

• Walking

  From the center of Fagamalo, head southeast on the main road towards Vailoa. Keep walking for about 1.5 kilometers until you see the sign for Afu Aau Waterfalls. The sign will be on your left. Follow the path indicated by the sign, which will lead you through a lush tropical landscape. After approximately 500 meters, you'll reach a small entrance gate where you may need to pay a small fee. Once inside, continue straight along the marked trail for another 300 meters to reach the waterfalls.

• Bicycle

  If you have access to a bicycle, start from the main village area in Fagamalo and cycle southeast along the coastal road towards Vailoa. The distance is about 1.5 kilometers. Look for the sign for Afu Aau Waterfalls on your left. After passing the sign, park your bicycle at the entrance gate, which is about a 500-meter ride from the main road. From the gate, walk along the trail for approximately 300 meters to reach the waterfalls.

• Guided Tour

  Consider joining a local guided tour that departs from Fagamalo.
