Walking
From Lalomanu Beach, head north on the main coastal road (Lalomanu Rd) towards the village of Lalomanu. Continue walking until you reach the junction with the main road leading to Apia. Turn left at the junction onto the Cross Island Road (also known as the Main Road). Keep walking straight for about 20-30 minutes until you reach the sign for Vailima on your left. Follow the signs directing you to Robert Louis Stevenson Rd, which will lead you to the entrance of Vailima Botanical Garden.

If you have access to a bicycle, start from Lalomanu Beach and ride north on Lalomanu Rd. When you reach the junction with the main road, turn left onto Cross Island Road. Continue cycling straight for about 20-30 minutes until you see signs for Vailima.
