From the main village center of Manase, start walking towards the beach. Head south along the shoreline for about 15 minutes until you reach the junction where the road curves inland. Continue straight along the coastal road until you see the sign for Vailoa. The Afu Aau Waterfalls entrance is about a 10-minute walk from this junction. Look for the trailhead on your left, marked by a small sign.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Manase. Start at the village center and ride south along the coastal road. You will pass beautiful beach views. After approximately 20 minutes, you will reach the junction where the road curves inland. Keep following the road until you see the sign for Vailoa. The trail to the Afu Aau Waterfalls will be on your left in about 10 minutes.

Head to the local bus stop near the center of Manase. Take the bus heading towards Vailoa. Inform the driver that you want to go to Afu Aau Waterfalls. The bus ride will take around 15-20 minutes. After getting off, follow the signs that lead toward the entrance of the waterfalls, which is a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop.
