From the center of Manase, head south along the main coastal road, which is called the 'Main South Coast Road'. Keep walking for about 30 minutes, and you will reach a fork in the road. Take the left path that leads into the Vailoa area. Continue walking for another 10-15 minutes until you see a sign for Afu Aau Waterfalls on your right. Follow the path indicated by the sign, and after a short walk, you will arrive at the waterfalls.

If you prefer to cycle, rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Manase. Start along the Main South Coast Road heading south. After about 2 kilometers, look for a fork in the road and take the left path toward Vailoa. Continue cycling for approximately 1 kilometer, and watch for a sign on your right for Afu Aau Waterfalls. Park your bike at the designated area and follow the trail to the waterfalls.
