Walking
From your accommodation in Manase, head south on the main road (also known as the coastal road). Continue walking along this road for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass several local shops and small eateries along the way. Keep an eye out for the beautiful coastline on your left, which will provide excellent views of the ocean. After about 20 minutes of walking, you will reach the sign for Cape Mulinuu. Turn left onto the dirt path that leads towards the beach. Follow this path for about 500 meters until you reach the cape.

If you have access to a bicycle, you can start from the center of Manase. Cycle south along the main road for approximately 1.5 kilometers. The road is relatively flat and scenic, making for a pleasant ride. After about 10-15 minutes, look for a sign indicating Cape Mulinuu on your left. Turn off the main road onto the dirt path. Continue along this path for about 500 meters until you arrive at the cape.
