Getting There

Walking
From the center of Mulifanua, head south towards the coast. Follow the main road, which is called Main Road, until you reach the junction with X69M+GHJ. At this junction, continue straight. After about 2 kilometers, you will arrive at a fork in the road. Take the left path, which leads directly to Sa'agafou. Continue walking for approximately 1 kilometer, and you will see signs for Aganoa Black Sand Beach. The beach entrance will be on your right.

Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, start from the Mulifanua ferry terminal and head towards the main road (Main Road). Cycle along the coast, enjoying the scenic views. After about 2 kilometers, you will reach the junction with X69M+GHJ; keep going straight. After another kilometer, take the left path at the fork to continue towards Sa'agafou. After cycling for about 1 kilometer, look for signs indicating the entrance to Aganoa Black Sand Beach on your right.

From Mulifanua, you can catch a local bus heading towards Sa'agafou. Board the bus at the designated bus stop near the ferry terminal. Inform the driver that you want to go to Aganoa Black Sand Beach. The ride will take approximately 20 minutes. Ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest stop to the beach entrance. From there, it will be a short walk of about 500 meters to reach the beach.
